Red Riding Hood
“A girl is sent out into the woods to follow the simplest path to grandmother’s house. She is hungry for life and too much of a curious girl to take the straight way. She cuts through the forest where she encounters the wolf. Just as she had wished for, life would be filled with adventure…”

Olesen have made an invigorating interpretation of Red Riding Hood, where conventions are twisted and animal instincts, desire and femininity are explored and questioned. With a strong physicality and expressive costumes this piece moves shamelessly between dance, fashion and theater, surrounded by an enigmatic soundscape. All in all a powerful, insisting and challenging performance that leaves no one indifferent.

“Incredibly charming, arrogantly elegant, a little naughty and very cool.”
Malena Forsare, review from Sydsvenskan
