An exhibition in connection to GONE HOME

During the rehearsal period of GONE HOME we have had a visiting artist making paintings of our work.

Paula Karoline Kamps is an art student at Kunstakademie Duesseldorf, with professors like Tal R and Lucy McKenzie. We really like her work and are happy to present her paintings in connection to our performance GONE HOME.

Dansehallerne, Lille Carl, in Copenhagen 18th – 25th of April

Fanclub ♥ The Path

There is one rule. And it needs to be broken.
There is one goal. And when you attain it, you die.

Fanclub is hooked on the independent computer game The Path. Six young girls dressed in red are sent out into a mysterious, Lynch-scented forest, to bring bread to their grandmother. However the girls are a bit too curious to stay on the path, and wolves are hiding in the woods, just waiting for little girls to go astray… Obviously the plot is based on the Little Red Riding Hood tale, which is the reason why we have become game nerds – the old fairytale has been twisted, analysed and messed up in all possible ways in our current work with Dorte Olesen – GONE HOME.

Play the Path – and go your own way!

Fanclub ♥ Jens Lekman

With a Heart on Fire

Swedish singer/songwriter Jens Lekman is a productive, fascinating guy. He’s music is filled with dedicated love and cheerful handclaps, as well as melancholic ballads that are so sad that you can’t resist laughing about it. Since his musical universe is a big influence in our current project GONE HOME, we’ve checked his work out, and also discovered his blog Smalltalk with really nice drawings and entertaining reflections. Fanclub recommends!

If you don’t know Jens Lekman already, fill up your device with his touching music, perfect for bright summernights…
